The Tenth Anniversary of Our Company

　　达华集团北京中达联咨询有限公司，于1996年10月17日经原国家计委重点司批准组建，到今年10月17日整整十年，经过十年艰苦创业逐步走向稳步发展阶段。公司拥有建设部电力工程监理甲级、房屋建筑工程监理甲级、市政公用工程监理甲级、港口与航道工程监理甲级和国家电力公司批准的火电工程、送变电工程甲级监理资质。国家发改委颁发的电力工程咨询资质。
　　Beijing Zhong Da Lian Consulting Co, Ltd, a subsidiary of Da Hua Engineering Management (Group) Inc., was established on October 17, 1996, with the permission from the Department of Important Projects of former State Planning Commission. In the past ten years, the company worked hard to develop itself from a small start-up into a corporation with continuous growth. Nowadays, the company is certificated by the Ministry of Construction for Class A electric power engineering supervision, Class A building construction supervision, Class A port and waterway engineering supervision; certified by China Electric Power Co. for Class A thermal power engineering supervision and electricity delivery engineering supervision. The company also holds the electric power engineering consulting certificate issued by the State Development and Reform Commission.

　　公司已完成和正在实施监理的工程项目256项，监理的工程总投资1100亿元。实施监理的发电工程总装机容量21200MW，500kV输电线路工程2000公里，500kV总变电容量7000MVA。以及众多大型燃煤电厂烟气脱硫、大修、技改工程、工民建及市政等工程的监理、咨询任务。
　　Zhong Da Lian has completed or is currently involved in supervising 256 engineering projects with total investment over 110 billion RMB. As an example, in the electric power engineering projects supervised by the company, the total power generating capacity is over 21,200MW, and 500kV power line spreads over 2000KM. The company has also conducted engineering supervision and consulting tasks for numerous projects in other areas, such as desufurization of generator emission, major repair, and technical improvement for coal-powered electric generating plants; industrial and residential building construction; and municipal construction.

　　Beijing Zhong Da Lian Consulting Co, Ltd of Data Hua Engineering Management (Group) Inc. realized from the beginning that the most important factor for the success of a company is its employees. The company has a well balanced technical and management team with abundant engineering experience and technical background. They are enthusiastic, down to the earth, rigorous and innovative. Among the 623 employees, 170 have senior technical title (including senior engineers), and 433 have intermediate technical title. There are 45 state registered supervision engineers, 11 state registered cost engineers, and 540 province/ministry registered supervision engineers. With so many talents, the company is capable of supervising at the same time ten 2x600MW electric power plants and 500KM 500kV electric power line projects.
